How to Upload Leads

Here is a quick video on how to upload your leads properly!

CRUCIAL FIELD MAPPING

Most primary fields should auto-fill for you but just incase they do not please reference the information below to ensure you upload & categorize your leads properly!

• Lead ID = Contact ID
• Lead Type = Source
• Primary Phone or Other Phone 1 = Phone
• Street Address = Address
• Tag leads based upon lead type
  • All FEX Leads = Final Expense
  • All MTG Leads = Mortgage Protection
  • All Internet Life Leads = Internet Life
• You can also tag leads multiple times, so if you have a specific lead type with a specific lead vendor you can tag, for instance: 
  • Instant Internet Leads with beneficiary from ILC CRM, you would tag those leads with: 
    • Internet Life
    • ILC
    • w/ beneficiary
