Activating Text, Email & Phone Account

You can now control your usage, and your billing, and track all of that right inside of Zeepo. 

Your current balance is set to $0.00 and the current rebill amount is set to $10.00.  This means when you purchase a phone number and send an SMS it is going to charge you $10.00 to put on your account.  This $10.00 will be paid for any future usage you have.  This usage is the SMS messages you send, the phone numbers you buy, your voice minutes, and any other carrier fees for your messages.  You can check out the pricing at www.twilio.com/pricing. 

We don't upcharge you for any usage. 

On the company billing page, you can change the rebill amount to more than $10.00 or adjust it to lower at $5.00.  You can also just add a balance to your account as well.  It is not necessary to add funds to the account if you try to send a message or start a campaign, you will get rebilled automatically.  

If your account falls BELOW $0.00 then your campaign and your messages will fail and will not go out.  Please make sure that the card on file is able to pay for the charges or that you have a balance above $0.00 to ensure that your campaigns are successful. 

Can we NOT use Twilio? At the moment, Twilio is the only application program interface (APIs) that we could use in Zeepo.  **Note: Twilio charge pay-per-use. 

Charges include: 

- $.0079/SMS segment up to 160 characters to Send / To Recieve: $0.0075/sms segment

(Roughly 1,265 sms messages of 160 characters or less)

- $.013/Min. on calls

- $0.05 Cents/ Contact Phone Number

- SMS Video/Picture:

(To Send: $0.0200 / To Recieve: $0.0100)

- Dedicated Phone Number: $1.05/month

(Anyone with over 10 phone numbers please contact support! You must become registered or you may incur higher carrier fees!) 

- Additional per-use fees may be incurred due to mobile carrier fees for SMS & Phone calls.

- All charges will be recorded under your Company Billing tab within your account for transparent pricing!

*If you are sending out a large intro text message it will more than likely be multiple segments of more than 160 characters.
